In the 4 workshops offered at the farm the visitor has the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional products of Cyprus. At the same time, visitors can make their own products at our premises and taste them. The workshops are divided into individual workshops & interactive activities.

During the workshop activities, the visitor has the opportunity to enjoy a rich Cypriot breakfast and drinks. Also when leaving the farm, visitors can take the products they have prepared or a product that has been prepared the day before or earlier that morning, in case it is impossible to transport the product prepared on the day of the visit.

  • Preparation of traditional bread – Dachtilia – With traditional sourdough
  • Preparation of traditional bread – Margarita – With traditional sourdough
  • Preparation of traditional bread – round – With traditional sourdough
  • Making of pitta tis Satzi’s/Lady’s Fingers / Pies
  • Making of bourekia with cream/mince meat/satzis.
  • Preparation of ravioli with halloumi
  • Preparation of spaghetti (handmade)
